UNDERTAKING

إقرار وتعهد 

I undertake to observe the following regulations of the Company's recreation center membership for myself, my dependents:

أقر انا الموظف، بالتقيد ومراعاة جميع الانظمة والقوانين التالية لعضوية المركز الترفيهي للشركة لي ولأفراد عائلتي:

 

 

1.     I shall be responsible for my actions and the behaviors of dependents.

1.     أتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي تصرف يصدر مني أو من التابعين لي قد يسيء إلى المركز أو العاملين فيه أو مرتاديه.

2.    I shall be responsible for the safety of myself, my dependents and the Company is not responsible for any harm that happens due to not following the rules.

2.    أتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامتي وسلامة أفراد عائلتي أثناء استخدام مرافق المركز، وأقر بأن الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر ينتج عن عدم الالتزام بأنظمة الاستخدام.

3.    I shall declare any health condition of myself, my dependents. The center is not responsible for any harm resulting from my failure to disclose this.

3.    أن أصرّح عن أي حالة صحية لي أو لي أفراد عائلتي قبل استخدام المركز، وأتحمل كامل المسؤولية في حال عدم الإفصاح عنها

4.    I shall be responsible for presenting my membership proof to receptionist whenever my dependents and I visit the recreation center and adhere to check-in verification requirements.

4.    أن اُبرز ما يثبت عضويتي لموظف الاستقبال عند زيارة المركز، والالتزام بمتطلبات الدخول المقررة.

5.    I shall be responsible for any harm or loss to any personal belongings of other members and equipment of the center not related to normal wear and tear, caused either by me or my dependents.

5.    أتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تلف أو فقدان في ممتلكات المركز أو معداته الناتج عن سوء استخدامي أو استخدام مرافقي.

6.    I shall adhere to general rules of conduct and always be courteous and respectful of others.

6.    أن ألا يصدر مني ما يخل بالآداب العامة او ما ينافي الخلاق.

7.    I shall not leave my dependents (under 12 years old) or guests in the center alone.

7.    أقر بعدم السماح لأفراد عائلتي دون سن 12 باستخدام مرافق المركز دون وجود مرافق مسؤول.

8.    In case of any violation of the recreation center’s rules or regulations, action will be taken in according with the provision set by the Human recourse & FM department.

8.    في حال مخالفة أي من القواعد أو اللوائح المنظمة لاستخدام المركز، يحق لإدارة الموارد البشرية وإدارة المرافق اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها.
